Jay Moore’s New Studio Opening soon! in Victorian Peaks

Jay’s new studio space will be located in the Victorian Peaks Building in Old Town Parker, CO.  The building in the historic area of Parker, so the architecture will blend in with all of the surrounding buildings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. “ I am looking forward to the 14’ ceilings and space to work. Having a dedicated workspace will make it easier to concentrating on painting and easier for collectors to see the originals.” said the artist. Victorian Peaks goes to hearing. The Public Information sign was posted on the property on April 19, 2007.
Pictured left to right: Norm McQueen, Curt McQueen and Jim Anest.
The planning commission unanimously approved the presentation at a meeting on May 10, 2007 followed by unanimous approval by the Parker town council at its June meeting. Excavation commenced in August of  2007. The botom of the 17' excavation was reached in October and foundation work began in earnest in November.  Steel erection is forecast for January 2008.
